Here at holidayrentalhomes.com we are fully aware that home owners like choice, flexibility and Value for Money when marketing their property. With this in mind we have created three levels of marketing for you to choose from. Once an advert has been placed and paid for, owners can, at any time during the advertising period, log in and upgrade their advert to a higher level, paying a pro rata upgrade for the balance of the year.
Single Advert: Owners can advertise their first rental property for the Single Advert price, however, owners of more than one property in different geographical locations can advertise subsequent properties at a discounted rate.
Mutiple Advert: holidayrentalhomes.com owners who have more than one property in the same geographical location can take advantage of our Multiple Advert rates, this allows for additional properties to be listed for a lower price, this works well where several properties can be let individually or on a combined basis for a larger group of people.
Optional Extras:
In addition to your chosen Bronze, Silver or Gold Option, you can opt to give your advert more prominence with our choice of upgrades. Whether it be a couple of additional photos, which always entice customers a little bit more, a featured listing for one, two or three months which will highlight your property near the top of the listings page or an early or late deal special offer to fill those empty weeks. Our Optional Extras will make sure your property is always in prime position.
