Luxury 5bed/3bath Villa With 2 Master En-Suites, On Silver Creek, Just a Short Drive From Disney.
Silverwood Villa is situated just north of HWY 192, off HWY 27 on the peaceful sub-division of Silver Creek, and is only a 15 min. drive from Disney. Universal & other parks are a short distance away, whilst Busch Gardens is within 1 hours drive.
It is approx. a 30 minute drive from Orlando International airport or 1 hours drive from Sanford airport, ( detailed directions are given prior to arrival)
Just a short drive away are a 24hr Wal-Mart supermarket, post office, petrol stations, numerous restaurants and fast food outlets, plus many other shops.
For the keen golfers, we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property and if fishing is your forte, you will be spoilt for choice. There are numerous local lakes and within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a small pond which is full of fish, great for the novice. Both coasts are only an hour's drive away with lots of big game and deep sea fishing boats. In fact most sports can be found within a short drive of the development.
For families with small children there is a new playground and landscaped seating area just a few hundred yards from the villa.
We have a Coded Door Lock, so no need to collect keys from anywhere on arrival and a very friendly Management Company located just around the corner from the villa, who are available for any assistance you may need during your stay. Arrival and departure times are flexible subject to prior arrangement.

The villa is protected by a security alarm system that is monitored by ADT twenty four hours a day.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker with easy to clean ceramic hob and matching built-in microwave. There is a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, plus all the usual kitchen appliances and all the necessary cutlery and crockery to cater for up to 12 guests. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen containing a round, wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a child's high chair. A dishwasher and garbage disposal unit are incorporated within the kitchen and there is a utility area just inside the garage containing a large washer and separate tumble dryer. Just off the hall is a storage cupboard containing an iron and ironing board.

This is a large, open plan room with vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading to the pool area. It contains a comfortable, matching 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa and armchair, with a coffee table, reading lamps and end tables.
There is also a formal dining area with a table and chairs providing seating for 6 people.
We also have a multi-channel cable TV, DVD player, PS2 with games,and a CD Mini Hi-Fi system with a selection of films and CD's, plus an extensive library of books for both adults and children for your entertainment when you need to take a break from the Theme Parks!

Master Bedroom 1 has a King Size Bed with matching bedside cabinets, reading lamps, large dresser with multiple drawers and mirror, plus cable TV and clock radio. There is a large walk-in closet with ample hanging space, which also contains a travel cot (crib) with all the necessary cot linen. The en-suite bathroom has a large double size shower with twin seating, wash basin and WC. Hairdryers are also provided in each of the master bedrooms.
In addition there are 2 large windows providing a pleasant outlook over the swimming pool.
