Very child-friendly, we provide a comprehensive list of baby equipment free of charge.  Loads to do locally.  The beach is 9 miles and there are plenty of rainy day activities (we also give you membership to the China Fleet Country Club).  The barns are ideally situated for the keen golfer. We are less than 2 miles from the internationally renowned St Mellion, which has 2 18 hole courses. China Fleet (6551 yd, par 72) is less than 4 miles away and has spectacular views over the River Tamar. For those who are particularly adventurous, other local activities include: tree surfing, the longest zipwire in the UK, 4x4 driving, archery, clay pigeon shooting and even coasteering. Walkers are spoilt for choice between breath-taking countryside views as well as relaxing strolls on the beach.
