Dragonfly is a beautiful 100 year old, 63 foot  Luxemotor Dutch Barge. Accommodation is ideal for two. She is situated about 1 Mile from the venue for the 2011 Open Golf competition and as such would be ideal accommodation for those seeking somewhere to stay for the Open. Transport could be arranged on a daily basis to and from the course. Dragonfly is well maintained and fitted out to a good standard. Accommodation is comfortable and cosy.There are two double cabins, a comfortable sitting area with TV/ DVD and CD/radio. There is a shower and toilet room. Galley and dining area with microwave combi cooker, electric hob and larder fridge. There is an additional seating area in the wheelhouse and an outside aft deck sitting area with picturesque views. Dragonfly has mains electricity providing electric heating, hot water and cooking. There are two Kayaks plus life jackets available for use. There is a small private garden with outside seating and BBQ. Trips on Dragonfly can be arranged with separate negotiation, tide and weather permitting. Dragonfly provides ideal accommodation for two people. Bed linen,bath towels and tea towels are provided. Sorry no dogs, no smoking. Dragonfly offers a holiday with a difference.
