From the property a walk down the road to the local shop and across to the famous Tiger Pub for great food, or if you prefer the Tie Terre for classic tie cuisine. There is a tea rooms for snacks. If you like walking then the south downs pathways are all around and just up the hill is Friston Forest and Crowlink. The nearest beach is located at Birling Gap and here you can see the famous light house and explore Beachy head. A walk or drive down the hill to Eastbourne, or the other way the small town of Seaford where there is plenty to do and see, great restaurants, and promenade walks. At the foot of the proeprty is a inlay for parking and also a driveway up to the garage. Enter into the hall and from here step into the spacious kitchen which is fitted with a range of cupboards, fitted electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer.and dishwasher There is a small table and chairs. Eastbourne has a reputation for sunny weather, a major factor in attracting thousands of holidaymakers to this part of the East Sussex Coast. The town boasts more hours of sunshine than almost any other English holiday resort. East Dean is a hamlet approximately 5 miles west of Eastbourne and is surrounded by natural beauty
East Dean is a downland village with fantastic walks and cycle rides over the South Down Way. Or swimming at Birling Gap. Brighton is close by a bustling cosmopolitan town with all shopping facilities and night life. Or Eastbourne with all shopping facilities, some fantastic restaurants, and the famous marina. There are some lovely pubs serving very good food. Riding and cycling are all close by.
East Dean is surrounded by beautiful countryside and includes the Seven sisters park, Beachy Head, and Birling Gap. Brighton is also close by.
