This is a historic farmhouse located near the village of Criccieth on the unspoilt Lleyn Peninsula. There are miles of beaches and coastline to be explored either by bicycle or on a leisurely walk. Nearby beaches Black Rock sands and Harlech are easily reached from the farmhouse. There are countless outdoor activities nearby; such as fishing, hiking, rock climbing, canoeing and bird watching as the property is conveniently located nearby to the fantastic Snowdonia National Park.
For the more adventurous, canyoning, quad biking or coast-eering is also available in the area. There are many quarries and mines in the area that make an interesting visit. The famous town of Portmerion, with its eclectic architecture, is a must visit. While there, you can visit the shop where Portmerion pottery is available. Train enthusiasts can take a trip on the Ffestiniog railway or Welsh Highland Railway.
This is a 4 bedroom Elizabethan farmhouse of historic importance to the area. The 4 bedroom farmhouse is surrounded by extensive gardens, woodland, and a marshland area managed by the RSPB. The farmhouse is large airy with a well equipped Kitchen/Breakfast room with an AGA. The farmhouse has an impressive Living room with dining area. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms.
