The kitchen is modern and well-equipped to meet all your self-catering needs, and the spacious lounge contains comfortable seating, a 32-inch HD freesat TV, DVD player and Wharfdale stereo. The property's other outstanding features and provisions include 400g Egyptian cotton sheets on all beds, fluffy heavyweight Turkish cotton towels and warm wool rugs in both bedrooms.
It is close to many of the fabulous attractions and smenities North Norfolk coast has to offer. This ranges from bird watching and coastal walks to sandy beaches, steam trains and adventure parks. There really is something for everyone and it's one of the sunniest places in the UK too.

Long weekends and mid-week breaks are available mainly outside school holidays (Sept - Mar).(Our minimum cost is 70% of a full week) Cottage week runs Saturday to Saturday with check in 4pm and check out 10am. A mid stay clean can be provided for stays of longer than 1 week. The cottage is strictly a non-smoking property inside. A damage deposit of £100 is required which will be returned unless the cottage is not left in the condition it was found. Fair usage policy in operation for the wifi.
