The villa has a spacious terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, which is furnished with cushioned sun-beds and large parasols. A canopied pergola shades the dining table and a stone BBQ caters for your alfresco dining.  The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience including ice making machine and electric water cooler, the lounge is a light and airy room and has satellite TV, DVD/CD system, WiFi. and  two furnished balconies, The first floor double and twin rooms have their own furnished balconies and the second floor double bedroom leads onto the roof terrace, which has a comfortable suite and coffee tables.  At the lower level are the garden rooms, which include a lounge and double bedroom these lead out onto the garden and chill zone with hammocks and wicker furniture.  We provide a mid week clean and linen change. Pool towels are provided. The pool and garden are maintained daily and fresh bread delivered every morning. So you just need to unpack and start enjoying your holiday. Kalkan: The old town, retains the charms of bygone days with its old stone houses and its narrow winding streets leading down to the picturesque harbour here you will find shops selling rugs, antiques, jewellery and clothes, small bars, and an abundance of excellent restaurants, many roof-top and many with live music. At the harbour you will find from the smallest fishing boat to the most luxurious cruisers mooring.  Boats can be hired to take you on day trips to some of the islands, where you can swim ashore or just laze onboard. Small water taxis are available from the harbour to take you to one of the many beach clubs around Kalkan Bay.  Kalkan Beach: Kalkan’s Pebble beach, awarded ‘blue flag status’ lies at the end of the harbour, Whilst sun beds and pedallos are for hire the beach retains its quiet low-key atmosphere.   Beach Clubs: There are a few beach clubs with bathing platforms carved out of the rocks all offering water sports, sunbathing and bar/restaurant facilities, these can be found at: Kalamar Bay, Kormuluk Bay, Kisla Bay and Kalkan Bay.  Kaputas Beach: This beautiful picturesque cove, with its clear blue sea is just 10 minutes away by car or Dolmus, or take a boat from the harbour and swim ashore. Patara Beach: With 12km of unspoilt golden sand the beach is part of the national park and is a protected breeding ground for the endangered Logger Head Turtle.  Kalkan has its own registered dive centre, which is based at the Kalamar Beach club which is PADI and CMAS, registered offering diving courses from beginners to advanced. The lively market comes to Kalkan every Thursday; here you will find almost everything from wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables, aromatic spices, and of course genuine fake labels. Saklikent Gorge:The longest and deepest Gorge in Turkey, with its towering walls and crystal clear waters flowing down from the Taurus Mountains, is just a 20-minute drive away.The Lycian Way:Kalkan is at the heart of the Lycian region with its stunning scenery and ancient sites.
Nearby sites include, Xanthos, Letoon, Patara, Tlos, and Myra. All within a short journey from Kalkan.
