Villa Yilmaz is a spacious, modern villa located in the beautiful Dalaman Coast. This holiday villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a fully open ground floor area; the villa also boasts a lovely swimming pool with separate child’s pool, large double bedroom and two further bedrooms. The villa has recently been refurbished and is fully air conditioned. The villa itself is located in the beautiful gardens of the Akdeniz holiday village that nestles between the Dalaman river and the hills, there is a small shop, snack bar and a free river taxi for a short 10-minute ride to the beach. The ground floor is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave & large fridge freezer; living room, with satellite TV/DVD for playing CDs/DVDs/MP3s and dining area that opens onto a garden terrace – a perfect location for your breakfast. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king-size bed and balcony; two twin bedrooms; a shower room with shower, toilet, basin unit & washing machine. On the second floor is a walled, roof terrace that is partially covered and partially open to the sun, with views of the surrounding area. There is so much to see and do in the region; below is just a small “taster” of what to do and see with some of our favourites.
Beaches: 10 mins by boat from Akdeniz, or, in Sarigerme a “blue flag” beach with full facilities & water sports, or near Dalyan, the world famous Iztuzu “Turtle” Beach.
Kaunos: A settlement dating back to 3000BC with amphitheatre, agora, temples and Lycian rock tombs overlooking Dalyan.
Jeep Safari: An unforgettable experience - mountains, rivers, lakes, wild-life, sea, fantastic views and lunch all in one day.
12 Islands Boat Trip: Day trip with lunch and lots of stops for swimming & snorkelling.
Thermal Mud Baths: Near the villa. Great fun & good for your skin!

- Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit of £150 per week.
- A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover the cost of any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay. After your stay, the villa will be checked, and the cost of any breakages will be deducted from this deposit. Any remaining monies will be returned.
- The breakage deposit and final balance are due (at the latest) 4 weeks before departure. If these not received 4 weeks before departure, the owner reserves the right to re-sell the holiday.
- Prices include electricity & water. Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own towels for pool/beach use.
- It is recommended that visitors take out holiday insurance. The owners take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for injury to persons using Villa Yilmaz.
- Please note that the pool is open from the beginning of May through to the end of October.
