The layout of the bedrooms; two double rooms, a twin room, a twin with bunkbeds, and a double sofa bed in the two living room areas. Main living room has 40" LED TV with Blu-ray DVD player and full Satellite TV with English channels & a CD player.  Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, grill, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, and water filter making water safe to drink and cook with. House has two bathrooms. Main bedroom has flatscreen TV with built in DVD player, with balcony which has a two seater dining set. Large roof terrace with 8 seater dining set and BBQ. There is also a 4 seater dining set on the patio area at the front of the house.

With shared Pool with life guard a minutes walk away, golf courses nearby, activities for children and adults at local park. Shops & restaurants within a few minutes walk, or a short bus ride will take you to the gran commercial centre for a wider range of shopping. A weekly market is held on the adjacent street. Sandy beach with a variety of water sports activities just 10 minutes walk. Nature reserve with bike riding trek is very close by. Aqualandia water park, Terra Natura zoo and animal theme park, Mundomar with swimming with dolphins & Terra Mitica theme park are all just a 30 minute drive or bus ride. Alicante town centre and Santa Pola are both easily accessible via the local bus service.
