The house is right by the beach, which offers diving, fishing sailing, surfing, banana boating, swimming and windsurfing amongst others. Other local activities include golfing on the Panoramica resort and the Mediteraneo course. Just over an hour away is the city of Valencia for some of the best football in the world. 40 minutes away is Delta del Ebre, a fantastic site for bird watchers with pink flamingoes and rare waders. On a good day, you can see the Delta from the terrace. The nearest airport is Reus airport about 120 km away.
