Casa Esmerelda in Monte Pego, Pego, Valencia, Spain

Situated in the stunning Northern Costa Blanca region, this villa is nestled in the mountains above Pego - approximately midway between Alicante and Valencia (both airports approx 50 mins - 1 hours drive).  Located in the prestigious gated secure development of Monte Pego this is a real 'get away from it' villa, with most guests only managing to drag themselves away for supplies! 

Outside there are two huge sun terraces, plus a shady verandah where you can lounge on the comfy outside sofas, doze on the swing seat or get some serious sun worshipping done on one of the 8 sunbeds.  To cool off take a dip in the large swimming pool which is thoughtfully located for safety reasons behind a gated (lockable) wall and has roman steps for access.  There are two outside dining areas with seating for 14 along with a BBQ.  Perfect for an aperetif or afternoon beer is the outside bar located next to the swimming pool - complete with large beer fridge, extra kitchen facilities, IPOD speakers and outdoor toilet.

If that is not enough for you, there is also table tennis, basketball, Sky TV, WiFi, PS3, DVD player and a plethora of games, inflatables, books and childrens toys.  We also offer a complimentary cot, bedguard, highchair, potty, pushchair along with plastic crockery and cutlery for small children. 

Inside the villa is a stunning master bedroom 'penthouse' suite with it's own balcony and stunning views.  Downstairs you will find two further bedrooms, another bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining room and lounge with open log fire and comfy leather sofas.  All our very tastefully decorated, modern and well kept.

The luxury two bedroomed flat is totally self contained and even has it's own outside dining area and parking.  It is accessed from outside the villa down a flight of steps.  Again it is newly built with modern fixtures along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area again with comfortable leather 3 piece suite, Sky TV and DVD player. 

The villa is situated on a large plot and has very pretty, well maintained gardens.  It is a 10 minute drive from Club de Golf Oliva Nova - an 18 hole, par 72 course designed by Sevvy Ballesteros; 20 minutes drive from Club de Golf 'La Sella' - designed by Jose Maria Olazaball, and 60 minutes drive from Camp de Golf El Saler, designed by Javier Arana - voted 2nd best course in Europe by Golf World and has hosted several Spanish Opens.

There is a small restuarant 5 minutes walk away and at the bottom of the mountain (2 minute drive) there is a large restaurant, tennis courts, and a cafe/bar.  The nearest town is 5 minutes drive and there you will find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, medical centre, tourist information etc. 

You can be in Denia in 15 minutes, Javea in 20 minutes and Benidorm with all it's theme parks in 40 minutes.
