A unique basement suite offers a great living space for older children or teens. Self-catering with fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, TV and DVD, and central heating for the winter months.

Located in Parcent, an hours drive from either Valencia or Alicante, this property offers the best of all worlds: a beautiful mountain town that's refreshingly cool in the summer, but the beach is only 20-30 minutes drive away. Parcent is a beautiful, friendly place, with it's own winery, several excellent restaurants, a number of bars and cafes (including a UK-style pub), and a beautiful municipal pool. (Really, beautiful. We didn't believe it either, until we went!) Free internet is available at one of the cafes in town, and there's a supermarket, health food store, pharmacy and all the necessities. There's even a ropes course/adventure center outside town.
