Our wonderful villa is a home form home with everything you'll need to enjoy the perfect, relaxing holiday your looking for. Beautifully decorated throughout, the villa offers the upmost in family comfort and is set in the ideal location for those wishing to enjoy a great beach holiday or just simple relaxation by the pool. Air conditioned throughout, the 2 bedroom villa boasts all the mod-cons anyone would need whilst indoors. However, given the spectacular yearly climate, the terrace , pool and gorgeous beach are the places to be! 

The villa has 3 terraces, at the front, the rear and a good sized roof terrace. Each terrace has it's own perfect time of day to enjoy a meal or a cold drink and they all have their own table and chairs for such occasions. The villa is set on the edge of sand dunes and pine, eucalyptus and palm trees line the 5 min walk to the beach. The beach extends a dozen kilometres covered by white sand and is inviting to bathe in the sun or enjoy a walk along the shore. The beach also boasts a great snack bar and lifeguard cover for safe family bathing. The villa overlooks a beautiful shared pool with separate shallow end suitable for toddlers. With numerous local attractions the location is truly fab!

The villa is only a 5 minute drive from the town of Guardamar and 10 minutes from Torrevieja. Guardamar has a wonderful promenade full of restaurants, bar and shops and the town has beautiful natural parks. The local area hosts various daily markets and Guardamar has its own wonderful night market. Torrevieja is much larger than Guardamar but is still full of charm. It too has a lovely promenade and is full of trendy shops, restaurants and bars. Within easy walking distance of the villa there are also a few nice restaurants making it easy to relax and enjoy a perfect evening without the hassle of having to drive.
