La Joia Lila is a brand new luxury 2-bedroom penthouse apartment in Campello with private heated roof-top terrace, Jacuzzi, Weber BBQ and chill out lounge and dining area, ideal for Winter and Summer sun and al fresco dining.  3 other luxury apartments in same building for larger parties (1 3-bedroom penthouse apartment and 2 luxury 3-bedroom apartments)

The master bedroom has a delightful en-suite shower room, a TV with integrated DVD player and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, which is lovely when lit up at night. A private spiral staircase leads from this balcony up to the spectacular roof-top terrace, where you will probably spend most of your time as it is very large and is a great place to chill out! The jacuzzi is a luxury Hydropool model and is designed for quality and performance with full body support and comfort. It has a wide variety of stainless steel jet sizes and types from powerful wide body streams to penetrating finger tip massage, each jet individually adjusts to deliver optimum hydrotherapy. The mood lighting at night creates a really special atmosphere.  The two-bedroom penthouse terrace looks on to the pool and is very private and secluded with bamboo screening and ambience curtains. The terrace is a real delight when candlelit at night.  We have specially prepared the roof-top terrace and balcony for use in the cooler months with the option of outdoor heating (electric burners) on the roof-top terrace. The outdoor burners are ideal for enjoying the Autumn and Winter sun and making the most of the fabulous roof-top terrace and balcony, even at night times. When you get out of the Jacuzzi, it is also much a nice luxury to have a heated terrace. We also provide outdoor throw-over blankets to make it nice and cosy, just in case it gets a little chilly. 

Going back to the interior, there is another twin bedroom and a second bathroom - also brand new.  All mattresses are luxury ones with top quality bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, all electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, crockery etc. and the living room has been tastefully decorated and furnished with leather settee, flat-screen TV, DVD player, DVD library, Ipod docking station etc. There is a communal swimming pool in the building as well. 

There is also allocated underground parking with direct lift access to the apartment.  Not that you need a car, unless you want one as everything is within walking distance!  The apartment is very conveniently located in the centre of Campello with all bars, shops, cafés and restaurants on your doorstep. There is a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The patisserie on the corner just outside the apartment block is a great place to get morning breads, croissants and cakes and its even open early on Sundays! The weekly market is held just down the road and the church square is just behind the apartment.  It is also very near the tramway, which takes you along the stunning coastline between Alicante and Denia. The apartment is located about 600 metres from the beach so everything is within easy reach.

We can also organise an economical and convenient airport transfer service for you and tie this in with key collection, if you wish. The advantage of this service is that it is cheaper than using airport taxis and takes the stress out of key collection and finding the apartment as our driver/caretaker delivers the keys directly to you and takes you into the apartment on arrival. Similarly, he collects you at the apartment for your return journey.  We also offer welcome packs (basic provisions for your arrival at the apartment), hire of sun loungers & beach towels to use round the pool area or at the beach and hire of travel cot & high chair.

If you would like to cycle round El Campello or along the coastline during your stay, we can also organise access to the town bike service for you for the duration of your stay or for just a day (prices depend on the number of bikes and dates/duration of your stay).  The bikes are available at selected locations around the town and can be collected and dropped off at designated ´bike stops´.
