A fully covered terrace leads off the lounge, then down a few steps to the garden. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the location is quiet with sun all day and enclosed by a 1m high wall. The lovely pool is 1 min walk away, it is used by 12 properties and remains very quiet and almost private !
