4 BEDROOMS- 1rst double beds is a mezzanine with a beautiful balcony and fantastic sea and countryside views, 2nd double bed onsuite and 2X twin beds also 2sofabed. - 3 of the bedrooms are downstairs.
All bedrooms have wardrobes.All linen and towels provided, beach towels not included. If you wish for a linen change during your stay, this can be arranged (charge not included)

-The villa is in a very peaceful and tranquil environment, perfect for walks and relaxing, only a short drive from the local town and the coast with beautiful beaches, shops and plenty Spanish bars and restaurants.
-The villa is set in 6 acres with plenty of room for children to play .You can enjoy the walks around the local country side, you can also pick the lavender, wild herbs and olives if ready.
The villa is not on an urbanisation, it's set on its secluded grounds in a beautifull countryside
-The villa uses an automatic solar system for power.
-Private parking.
-The outdoor private swimming pool is 6 meters long , 3 meters large, 1meter 20 deep; it's not an olympic swimming pool, but practical and safe for little children.

Note about tariff :
A deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking, the balance must be paid four weeks before arrival or on arrival with cash in euros. The deposit is 300 euros for any damage caused, which will be refunded upon departure once the property has been checked. The cleaning and a welcome basket are included in the rates. No additional charges. If the rental period is more than a week , for the Saturdays between, we'll provide you with clean bedding and towels.And if you want us to clean the house during your stay (with an additiona charge).
IMPORTANT:
-If you are more than 10 poeple we will charge you 50 euros more per person per week (8,50 person per day)
-We accepte only 2 persons additional (total 12), apart exception.

 -Cheap flights are available via Ryanair to Reus, flying from most major airports in the UK.Thomson, First Choice and My Travel also fly to Reus from May to October.Easyjet, Jet2.com and many more fly to Barcelona which is only 1hour 30 mns away.Car hire is available from the airports, Carjet, Europacar and many more.-
