A nicely furnished, four bedroom villa with a good-sized, heated pool.

The villa is on two floors with the living room, dining area and three bedrooms downstairs and the master bedroom, en suite bathroom and two sun terraces on the upper floor.The lounge has a three-seater settee and four chairs, satellite TV, video player, DVD player and a mini-system with CD player, tape player and tuner. A selection of video tapes and DVD’s are also provided.
Car hire is considered essential at this location. It is a two minute walk to theb nearest restaurant and 5 minutes drive to a well-stocked supermarket.
Accommodation Summary

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, en suite with a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds (can be split into two singles). Bedroom 4 (upstairs), en suite with a double bed. All have fitted wardrobes and free-standing fans.
Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a half-bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and hand washbasin. Bedroom 4 has an en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, toilet and twin hand washbasins. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower room which also has a toilet and hand washbasin. Separate downstairs toilet with hand washbasin.
Kitchen: Four-ring ceramic hob, full oven, extractor fan, microwave cooker, 6' fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, teapot and toaster.

Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Living Rooms: Lounge with three-seater settee, four chairs, satellite TV, video player, DVD player, and mini-system with CD player, tape player/tuner. Separate dining room with dining table and six chairs.

The dining area is separate from, but not divided from, the living room. It has a table and six chairs.
The separate kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, full oven, extractor fan, microwave cooker, 6’ fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, teapot and toaster. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also an iron and an ironing board.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a half-bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and hand washbasin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds which can be split into two singles, if required. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and free-standing fans. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower room which also has a toilet and hand washbasin. There is a separate downstairs toilet with hand washbasin.For cooler evenings, three, portable electric radiators are provided and there is also a wall safe.
The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, free-standing fan and a portable electric radiator. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and twin hand washbasins. There are two roof terraces on this floor. One, the more sheltered one, is accessed from the bedroom and overlooks the swimming pool. The other has spectacular views of the mountains, the
coast and, in the distance,the island of Lanzarote.

The swimming pool terrace is accessed from the lounge. The pool measures approximately 10 metres by 5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.5 metres. The pool is electrically heated (thermostatically controlled) throughout the year. Between the Ist November and the end of February there is a charhge of £50 per week (no charge at other times). The pool is enclosed by walls and is reasonably private. There are sunloungers, a gas barbecue, two tables and eight chairs.
Electric pool heating is provided without charge (thermostatically controlled) from March to October. There is a charge of £50 per week at other times.
