Kitchen:Burnt oak fitted kitchen with double granite sink and work surfaces. Integrated microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Also includes toaster and kettle. Patio doors leading onto terrace and pool area. Large teak table and chairs for 8 pers.
Utility Room:Washing machine, iron and ironing board with outside drying area.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 Emperor size bed (2 x 2m) With en-suite dressing room with fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa is cleaned and linen and towels are changed mid holiday based on a 2 week booking. Please supply own beach towels

Set in 3500m2 the villa has a gravel driveway that leads directly to the front of the house. The front garden is terraced with sub tropical plants and including of course the 3 Palm Trees. Large secluded terraces (approx 17mx12m) surround the pool (8x5m) which is solar heated. From here you can enjoy spectacular views. The patio also boasts a large rustic teak table and chairs for 10 persons. You will be able to dine together whilst enjoying uninterrupted views of the mountains on the horizon and in the evening watching the famous sunsets over El Cotillo. There is also a separate shower area by the pool. There are adequate sun loungers for 10 persons. On the terrace you will also find a custom built barbecue area.
