This beautiful 2 bedroom farmhouse boasts luxury was built over 250 years ago and has been restored but has managed to keep the original character of the building. The styling of the interior is very quaint and traditional with very warm colours giving the farmhouse a very comfortable feel, ideal for creating that “home away from home” effect. The kitchen is fitted with all of the latest modern conveniences such as fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, kettle, ice maker, blender and spices and so on, and there is an American Bar that separates off from the kitchen. The farmhouse is fully air conditioned as well as heated, and there is a fireplace in the living room by the sofa beds. The farmhouse comes with a plethora of luxuries such as satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a music library and many books as well as internet access with a computer so that you can keep in touch with your loved ones at home. It has one double bedroom on suite with a large private terrace on the first floor. This prides built in teak wardrobes, teak colonial style furniture, an en suite bathroom with free standing antique style bath with shower unit, a separate shower unit, toilet and wash basin all mounted in white Carrara marble. The second bedroom has two high cast iron single beds, which can be made into a double bed. Outside there are outdoor tables and chairs as well as a large water feature that you can sit in to cool off from the warm weather.
The little village of Buger prides less than 1000 people to its population, and yet offers charm, a weekly market, beautifully romantic Mediterranean atmosphere and is the peak of a risen mount at the foothills of the Mallorquian mountain range, the Tramontana. It offers magnificent views in 360 degrees over the whole of Mallorca from its risen position. Inca, the leather town is 10 minutes away as are the beaches of the North and North east of the island. It makes a great starting point for cyclists, hikers, walkers or just peaceful holiday makers who want the heart of local living.
