A refundable security deposit of £300 will be requested - this will be returned to you, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once the villa has been checked following your departure. Note; due to the short season we can only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings at Easter and during the months of June, July and August. However, from experience of winters in Spain, we offer the option of oil fired central heating for 8 hours a day at a cost of £65 per week. The gas fire runs on bottled gas which will be replaced as necessary by the management company and charged locally at an approx. cost of Euro 20 per bottle | ||||
