Our lavish, sophisticatedly furnished penthouse in a tropical garden is in the fascinating Selwo Hills Estepona, which is located midpoint between San Pedro and Estepona on the New Golden Mile. Selwo Hills is nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Andulucian mountains offering easy access to beaches, mountains, nightlife and some superb towns and villages.

Selwo Hills is a small exclusive gated complex set in sub-tropical gardens, within walking distance of the local beach, two restaurants, the 5 star Hotel of Las Dunas and the famous Selwo Adventure/Wildlife Park.

Within a short drive in either direction, the stylish marina of Puerto Banus, the bustling designer shops of Marbella, and the stunning sea front and cobbled streets of old town Estepona can be explored.

For the more adventurous, a drive into the hills will bring the stunning village of Ronda, and within 40 minutes drive, the fantastic views of Gibraltar.

Al-fresco living is the way of the Spanish and one can choose to watch the sunrise overlooking the mountains on our breakfast terrace, or dine al-fresco in the evening on our larger south facing terrace, watching the sunset over Gibraltar as you sip a cool drink at the end of the day.

Selwo Adventure Park is within a five minutes walk from the apartment. The park covers more than 100 hectares and is home to more than 2000 free roaming animals from all over the world in natural habitats that have been recreated. There are also luxuriant and extensive lake-side gardens that lead to the Masai-style village huts and the largest walk through aviary in Europe with over 1000 birds of different species living in a vast and enclosed valley.

Golfers have a selection of approximately nine excellent courses within 15-20 minutes of the apartment, providing a challenge to all levels player.

The beautiful town of Estepona is about seven minutes by car from the apartment. It has many remarkable facets which make it admired and modern all year round holiday destination including two EC Blue Flag beaches, a up to date sports marina with many tapas bars and restaurants and a white-walled town offering shopping and picturesque squares.

Laguna Village situated within five minutes drive from the property, is a luxurious location with an array of chic and posh designers outlets. Laguna Village allows guests to experience a rich and sumptuous lifestyle. It is home to 28 exclusive shops, 4 diverse restaurants, a café, a spa and yoga centre and the fashionable Puro Beach Club.
