For perfect holiday long, or short breaks, our Townhouse is located just off the N340, near Marbella, in Calahonda and is just 8km from Benalmadena and 10km from Marbella.
Our exclusive complex is shared with just 17 other Town Houses and boasts a swimming pool set in lush, maintained gardens. There is also a “short” tennis court within the grounds.

Our Town House is equipped with several car parking spaces.
Furnished to a high standard, there is a fully fitted kitchen with Electric Hob & Oven, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juicer, Fridge/Freezer and  Coffee Maker.
There is ample cutlery and cooking utensils etc. A new satellite TV, DVD with some movies, a hi-fi System and CD’s,  books & magazines.
There is an iron & board, bedding, hand and bath towels and room heaters and fans.

We politely expect guests to provide their own pool & beach towels.

There is a large terrace at the lower ground and a large private terrace off the Master Bedroom. On either terrace you can comfortably dine, or relax and enjoy the absolutely fantastic view
Accommodation comprises two double rooms. one with a King size bed, the other complete with two single beds. There are several  “put you ups”. Being a two bedroom, two bathroom Townhouse, four adults can comfortably stay and possibly 6

Our Town House is wonderful, even though I say it myself - But for very affordable holiday long/short breaks it is not just the Town House - its the locality to which it is part, that is, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas Costa, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinas. There is no need to hire a car since the Town House has all amenities within a 2 minute walk! From Malaga airport it’s under 2 euros on the train to Fuengirola. The bus from Fuengirola to Calahonda is less than 2 euros! So for less than 4 euros and a 2 minute walk - you’re in the Townhouse!!
