We take protecting the privacy of our Users and their data extremely seriously and do our utmost to ensure that your privacy rights are protected under EU law or if the data is transferred to outside of the EU to one of our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other data processors acting under contract with us that your privacy rights continue to be protected in compliance with the applicable data law and this Privacy Policy.
We take all reasonable steps (both technical and organisational) to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately on a secure server. The servers are placed within a secure facility, physical access is restricted to our appointed technicians and electronic access to personal information is restricted to only those employees who need the information to perform specific personal data related tasks. If you have an account with the Site and are registered, we must always be able to contact you with operational information about your account and the use thereof by email.
At various times you may provide us with data that is personal to you. When you register or advertise with us we will collect data on your name, address, phone number etc. Registered Users can update and change settings on the “My Account” page when they are signed in. We may also collect information about your use of and the way you use the Site. We may also collect information on your property or of the types of property you wish to rent. We may aggregate this data in order to create global insight and improve our service or features to you.
If at any time a registered or un-registered User wishes to find out the information we hold on them they may request we send them a copy of the dataset by emailing legal@holidayrentalhomes.com. You may ask us to make any changes to ensure that your personal information is up to date and accurate. At our discretion we may charge an administration charge to perform this task.
We may also collect credit card or bank details but we will never retain this information on our systems nor will we pass this specific information to third parties.
If you have consented on the registration process or the appropriate email form, we may provide some of the information we collect to carefully selected third parties from time to time whose services we deem may be of benefit or use to you. If you don’t wish to receive these you may opt out at any time by clicking on the relevant opt out link on emailed material or by emailing us at optout@holidayrentalhomes.com or by post marking letter “Optout” and sending it to us at the above address.

We reserve the right to use and share information concerning our Advertisers, including your IP address, with law enforcement authorities or with other companies in the same business as e-denz.com for the purposes of fraud prevention and to disclose any information with a new owner or business partner should we sell to or merge with another entity.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time as we add new services or respond to changes in the law. We will post the new one on the Site under the Privacy Policy Link.
