Perola da Lagoa is a new development nestled within a pine forest overlooking the stunning Obidos lagoon. Close by is the famous golf resort of Praia del Rey and the new golf resort of Bom Sucesso.

The area also benefits from stunning beaches with miles of sand and surf which attracts surfers from all round the world. You will also find great surf bars along the coastal area serving delicious local food.

Located close by is the fishing town of Peniche which is famous for its fish restaurants which line the road by the fishing port.

Twenty minutes away is the historic medieval town of Obidos where you will find cobbled streets, quaint shops and a castle together with the stunning bougainvillea which covers many of the houses.

Directions:
Exit Car Hire at Lisbon airport follow road through tunnel to roundabout. Take 1st right exit onto 2nd circular. Approx 1.2 km later take exit 5 for A8 for LOURES/LEIRIA. Follow signs & join A8. Go through the motorway toll booth – take ticket at first toll and pay at the next toll. Exit A8 at Junction 13. At T junction turn left (sign post Praia d’el Rey). Follow road back under motorway and take first left turn (sign post Praia d’el Rey/Bom Sucesso). Approx 3.2 km later turn right at a traffic light junction (blue sign post Praia d’el Rey/Bom Sucesso) heading uphill. Follow road for approx 3 km and straight over at roundabout through Vau. Follow road past lagoon on right and Bom Sucesso entrance on left approx 4.2km later turn right into Perola da Lagoa. Follow road until you reach roundabout with development boards. Turn left. At next roundabout turn left (3rd exit) follow road 100m then turn right for Rua du Veleiro and the villa is 2nd property on left.
