Casa Oz is a 3 bedroom double story brick house located right on the beach in the small village of Bom Sucesso at the mouth of the lagoon known as Lagoa Obidos. You can walk directly out of the front door onto the crisp white sands and crystal clear water of the lagoon and the Atlantic ocean beach. There are stunning views over the lagoon towards Foz de Arelho from every room and the house is fitted with a new contemporary kitchen and all mod cons.

The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 in two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have robes. There are two bathrooms, one at ground floor level and one at 1st floor. The bathrooms have baths, showers, toilet and bidet, and the main bathroom has a double vanity basin. The living room is at the top level and has a small terrace off the living room and stunning views over the lagoon. The living room has a large sofa and elegant cane chairs and is fitted with a sattelite digital TV connection and CD player. The kitchen and dining room are situated at ground floor level. The kitchen opens to a large paved terrace with two large tiled tables for al fresco dining. The kitchen was totally refurbished with all fittings replaced in 2009 including new cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, toater, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all cups plates and cooking utensil. There is also a new washing machine. The house has a lockup garage and large paved recreation areas.
