The 3 bedroom villa is built on the slopes above the Vila Franca and features some stunning views overlooking the Atlantic. The villa is secluded and completely private, with no other properties overlooking it. The area around the property is fenced and there is an electrically operated gate at the entrance. Vila Franca itself is the old capital with ancient and beautiful buildings. It is close to super market, restaurants and bars. There are also a variety of beaches in the local area which offer vulcanic sands and a child-safe environment. The villa is also close to a large aqua park, with various slides and cafes. Whale and dolphin safaris, scuba diving, can be hired form the nearby Yachting Marina.
