On the ground floor is a large open planned lounge and dining room with Satellite TV, DVD with surround sound, music system, a playstation 2 and fireplace for the cooler evenings, off to the right of the lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with a granit breakfast bar seperating this area from the dining area with a table and 8 chairs. From the lounge and dining room there are 3 large double patio doors leading out to the pool terrace surrounded with outdoor dining furniture and sun-loungers, and a built in BBQ for some alfresco dining. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the pool. In the entrance hall there is a house cloakroom with W/C. In the garage of the villa which is under the main living area there is a large room with a ping pong table for the kids, and a shower room.
