The house is located within the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina in the urbanization of Vale da Telha. It is 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Monte Cleric and Arrifana. It has a supermarket 5 minutes walk. The lot of the house is spacious, has 1200 m2 with a swimming pool and approximately 200m2 of lawn. The first floor and the terrace may be seen from the Monchique mountains and the sea. Ideal for two families sharing the house.

This house was built in 2009 and has 2 floors. The ground floor has  a kitchen, livinroom, bathroom and twobed rooms. The House has large windows and the livingroom has direct connection to a terrace with wood floor and pool. The second floor has one bedroom ,Bathroom and small living romm.
