The villa, originally founded as a hunting lodge and enlarged by the Count of Porcia and Brugnera in the XVIII century, is located on the border between the provinces of Treviso and Pordenone; from here guests can easily reach the beaches of the Adriatic sea and prestigious cities such as Venice, Padua, Udine, Conegliano, Vittorio Veneto or the Dolomites Natural Park.
Inside a large park of more than 3 hectares, the villa has a small private chapel where you can celebrate religious ceremonies, and tradition says that here Napoleon I and General Radetsky have housed. Inside the building a large central hall with a beautiful staircase and neoclassical frescoes separates the eastern wing from the western wing.
The villa is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and is ideal for up to 10 + 2 guests (max 14 guests with extrabed), it's spread over two floors with a total area of 500 square meters. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen with oven, freezer and dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, laundry room and other adjacent rooms.
Nearby there are tennis courts, swimming pools, golf courses and biking trails; less than 500 meters there are shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds.
