St Michele Farmhouse in Cossignano, Ascoli Piceno, Marche, Italy

The surrounding landscape is lush and rich in vineyards, orchards and olive groves. It shows us a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains to West and the Tesino Valley to East up to see the sea of San Benedetto del Tronto.

An enviable location for visiting the art centres such as Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Fermo, Ripatransone and the Sibillini Mountain Natural Pak but also to appreciate the beautiful beaches of Riviera delle Palme as Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, at only 15 km from us and that overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

This characteristic farmhouse is composed of five apartments with separate entrance and independent heating.

All the units, different and carefully decorated, are equipped with Sat TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and washing machine. Guests have a nice porch and large parking for cars.

Apartment 3, appropriate for 4 guests: it's situated on the ground floor on about 60 sqm, it has two double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower

Apartment 5, appropriate for 6+1 guests: it's situated on the first floor on about 80 sqm, it has two double bedrooms one with a single bed, one double room, large fully eqiupped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower

Apartment 6, appropriate for 4+1 guests: it's situated on the first floor on about 70 sqm, it has two double bedrooms one with a single bed, large fully eqiupped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower

To our guests we also offer some interesting agreements with local restaurants and for the beach service (beach umbrella, table, chairs) in Grottammare Adriatic Coast.

Check-in from 16.00 p.m. to 20.00 p.m., check-out within 10.00 a.m.
Please pets are allowed only if they are small and well behaved.

FREE TIME

For sports lovers, a variety of hiking and mountain biking in the tranquility of the surrounding hills. Easily accessible tennis courts and soccer just 1 km, riding stables and fishing lakes for a few kilometers from the property.
