The villa is located on the slope of a hillside with a spectacular view of the Mirabello Gulf and the island of Psira. The surrounding area is unspoiled with only a scattering of houses. In the village of Kavousi there is a minimarket, traditional café bars (kafeneia) and tavernas. The small fisher village of Mochlos with tavernas at the waterfront is to be reached in 20 minutes.
