Living Room
The large open-plan tiled living / dining / kitchen area is 40 m2 and triple aspect with views of the garden, meadow beyond and mountains. The lounge area seats 8 with TV, DVD, CD, stereo etc. A large selection of DVDs, CDs, books and family games is provided. There is also a wooden rack for drying boots, gloves etc and a separate ski locker/bike storage cupboard which was recently added. The dining area also seats 8 and the kitchen is fully equipped with family-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, coffee-maker etc. The washing machine is located in the main bathroom, together with a clothes drying rack. There is also an iron and ironing board located in the hallway cupboard. Given the large airy feel of the apartment and the 80cm thick walls, the apartment is naturally cool in summer and warm in winter.

Payment is accepted in both Euros and Sterling and is net of any applicable bank charges. Exchange rate can be provided (and will be based on tourist rate at the time of booking). When booking, you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit of 25% which will secure the booking. The balance will be due 1 month in advance of your arrival. A refundable security and cleaning deposit of €300 is required. Linen and Towels are available separately if required at €17 per person. Weekend nightly rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Repeat bookings receive a 10% discount - OR, why don't you refer to a friend for a 10% discount? Your 10% repeat discount will be deducted from your next booking (just specify name and prior holiday date). Friends get a 10% discount on the same basis (please specify original name and holiday booking date). This offer only applies to bookings made for the same season or season immediately following the original booking. APARTMENT RECENTLY REFURBISHED - BOOK NOW FOR PEAK TIMES! A written contract will be provided for the purposes of booking the apartment. Once this has been signed and returned, together with the 25% deposit, the above availability chart will be updated to show that the apartment is no longer available for the specified dates. | ||||
