Our house is located on the first slopes of Provence. We rent a total of three apartments.

The Upper Apartment has two bedrooms, and an excellent couch/bed in the living room. Its size is about 75 square meters.

There are two more apartments near the swimming pool: the Eastern Apartment and the Western Apartment. Each of those Apartments has one bedroom, and an excellent couch/bed in the living room. Its size is about 35 square meters.

Each of our Apartments is totally independant from the others, and has its private covered terrace in addition to the common areas around the swimming pool.

People who visit us are often awed by the panoramic view, which extends from the St Cassien Lake on the West, to the hills above Nice on the East.

We are ideally located for visiting the area, because we're only a half hour drive from the coast - do allow for some traffic in the summer, though... We built a page to present you with many of our partners, the content is in French though - but you will get a chance to use that language in this area, so let's consider it a good training ground ?

We're also at the starting point of the mountains: even though we're only 10 kilometers from Mandelieu as the crow flies, we're at 450 meters above sea level. And we are of course surrounded by picturesque villages of Provence.

Finally, we're about 10 kilometers from the Var department and its wineries.

We have all the shopping centers and facilities close by: bakery and butcher shop in the village itself, supermarkets are 3 kilometers away, hypermarkets are 10 kilometers away. Most of them are open on Sunday morning.

We also have many restaurants in the nearby villages, like in Cabris - a marvellous little village 3 kilometers from home.

As for how to reach us, we built a most comprehensive Itinerary page. You can reach us either by car via the A8 Highway, or by plane through the Nice International Airport - second busiest airport in France. We also have train connections in Cannes, and smaller-scale trains can be found in Grasse, bringing you as far as Italy without any traffic or parking worries.
