How to: Pay for your Rental home?

holidayrentalhomes.com does not handle payments from Renters to Home Owners, each Home Owner will have their own preferred method of payment, this can include cheques, bank transfers, credit card payments or Pay Pal transactions Please check individual property details or direct with the owner for further information.

What if: I need to Cancel my booking?

holidayrentalhomes.com is not able to cancel bookings on behalf of Renters. Renters should contact the Home Owner direct to arrange cancellation of bookings and return of any monies which may be due. Please ensure you are fully aware of how individual Home Owners handle cancellations. Although holidayrentalhomes.com recommend to Home Owners a policy which is deemed fair to both Renter and Owner we cannot enforce any particular policy. All Homes should have cancellation policies included in the home details on the holidayrentalhomes.com website. If in doubt please reconfirm in writing with the Owner before making a reservation

What if: My accommodation is not what I expected?

If there is any problem with the property upon your arrival, please contact the Owner or Manager immediately. Many Owners will have given you a local contact and this would be the best person to talk to. Most difficulties can be sorted out quickly between the Owner and Renter, however, the sooner problems are reported the sooner they are likely to be resolved.
