Dijon
Dijon, the historic capital of Burgundy, is a lively and welcoming city where you will find a range of cultural and culinary attractions. It has a large number of grand churches (click below for more details), and is an architectural time capsule, preserving a range of architectural styles from several centuries of French history. You can see Gothic and Renaissance architecture here, and many of the townhouses in the city centre date from the 18th century and even earlier.
