This charming cottage sits next to an orchard, this converted farm building was formerly used to distil the Calvados. Located approximately 100 metres from the main house in a corner next to an apple orchard, and with views over a field to the rear and side. There is a duck pond in front of the house, full of wild pond life, frogs, dragonflies etc. The garden to the rear is safe for children, with a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue provided. There is a table tennis table for guests’ use, a shared swimming pool, swings and a large 4 acre garden for play . The house has been sympathetically restored in a similar style to the manor house and Les Trois Tuiles.
