Jamaica Holiday & Travel Guide: Jamaica is the third largest island in the Caribbean and is a place of incredible natural beauty. Weather: There are two rainy seasons from May and June and September to November. The two dry seasons are from July to August and December to April. The hurricane season is from May to August. The annual average temperature is 27 degrees Celsius with the average rainfall being 78 inches.

Transport and Travel: It is easy to fly to Jamaica as they have two international airports: Sangster International Airport Montego Bay, and Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. From the airports there are car rentals, taxis and even another flight to take you around the island. Travelling around Jamaica is easy with public transport and JUTA, Jamaican Union of Travellers Association, which is assured to help you travel in comfort.
Currency and Medical Requirements: The official currency is the Jamaican Dollar. For travellers above the age of one they must have a yellow fever vaccination, no other vaccinations are compulsory.
