Note: price set one is for Horizon rented as a 3 bedroom; price set two is for Horizon as a 4 bedroom.

25% deposit required to confirm booking, balance due six weeks prior to arrival.

Early departures will not be refunded.

MANAGEMENT MAY TERMINATE THE USDE OF THE VILLA BY A GUEST IN THE EVENT THAT:

1. the guest or his invitees behaves in a manner which constitutes a nuisance;

2. the guest or his invitees behaves in a manner which in the opinion of Management is likely to cause damage to the villa or any of the fixtures or fittings in the villa;

3. the guest or his invitees behaves in a manner which renders it impossible or unreasonable for Management to continue to provide any of the services to the villa or to the guest or his invitees; or

4. the guest or his invitees behaves in any manner which is not consistent with the fit and proper use of the villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by supplier or client before arrival.

PENALTY

WINTER: 46 days or more, SUMMER 31 days or more - 25% of rental
WINTER: 45 days or less SUMMER: 30 days or less - 100% of rental

(refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges). Cancellation insurance should be purchased to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, and this is recommended. In the event that circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the specific accommodation that has been confirmed, we will offer you alternative accommodation. In the event that such alternative accommodation is not acceptable, then by us making a full refund of all monies paid to us on account of the booking we shall be deemed free of all obligations.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A refundable security deposit of USD$500 is required for each booking, this deposit is left either with the wholesaler/travel agent or in the case of a direct booking, with the management of Villa Horizon. This deposit is held for a minimum of two weeks after departure from the villa and is returned in full if there are no damages or incidentals.

Alternatively, an open credit card is acceptable. The card will only be charged if there are damages or incidentals.
